I was tasked with creating a concept that could stand alongside the best wood-fired Neapolitan pizzerias—something typically associated with cities like New York or Tokyo. Inspired by the obsessive craftsmanship of Tokyo’s pizzaiolos, I sought to capture the essence of the Shokunin—the relentless pursuit of mastery.
